12th of june - 5K row...

I was going for a new personal best (PB) but I think yesterdays pull-ups and running killed that ....


After about 1000m I was done and the rest was a battle, a mind battle but I finished. The rest was HELL!


Not the best time of my life at all but today it was about finishing  -  I will get a new PB in 5K row soon though


Lesson learned: 5K row after running and pull-ups is a challenge.


Did some serious foam rolling and bandy ball rolling (similar to a lacrosse ball)
hurt like hell but my legs and shoulders feel better.


Time today's 5K row 22:27-----my goal was to beat 21:45 (my current PB)
