june 2nd

Today my legs feel slightly like lead, from yesterday.
and I am so glad I are using them some more.

25 box jumps
25 front lunges (that is 1 L 1 R = 1 rep)
Rest 30 seconds
4rounds
went to the gym - gym closed
went home got tape measure- took it to the park
trashed a bench that is 19,5" ...
trashed my legs 

legs are toast after like 22:55 mins of box jumps and lunges
so that is 300 reps .....

lunges are hard to do for me -  probabaly beacuase they are very new to me. have never really done lunges until I started crossfit and not so much...I can tell that I am instable but it is getting better - need more practice

then I went and got a Thai mixed with Oil massage - 
like a 90 minute foam roller session - painful but good :-)
