todays fun
10 Overhead squats
Rest 30 seconds 
10 Power Snatches
Rest 40 seconds
10 Squat Snatches 
45lbs = 20kg

OHS and power snatches felt pretty good
squat snatch  - when I do more than one  I end up on my toes - drop my upper body....and they took time
bailed on one and no count on another one
I am sore today but not as bad as I thought - stiff though- when I was streching today I felt stiff and not the 'ballerina' I usually am :-)
