I had some chiropractic adjustments made and I think it helped
- upper back less stiff .....
17:30 at gym
wod from yesterday.....redo!
15 mid-hang cleans 55lbs
then complete
15push-ups
15burpees
2 rounds
end with
15 front squats 55lbs
took me 6:22
Rested 5 mins
25 air squats
Rest 30 seconds
4 rounds
the first 2 rounds around 30 secs per round
the second 2 rounds around 45 secs.....steep fall :-)
working on my leg strenght....amongst other things
