pretty slow at the globo gym...
I had 5 mins of Knees to elbows or K2E and then 5 mins of toes to bar or T2B. (Annie Sakamoto in the youtube video is awesome........a sort of an idol....to me.
my hands are okay :-)
I managed
tot of 37 sort of K2E -not all legit and I have a hard time to get more than one at at time.
5 min T2B practice
tot 27 some of them legit T2B - same here one at a time....oh , well.....practice
oh, and tomorrow I get to choose from 5K row or run......yay!
