June 17th.....every 30 seconds for 5 mins

so today was an in between day.
glad was not any cardio to talk about.......


I had a 90 minute massage today and she killed me - my traps and my loosening the muscles from my chin bones.....sadist.!!!!I think I really needed it though.


todays challage was 
2 pullups every 30 seconds for 5 mins
then 2 push ups every 30 seconds for 5 mins-


pull-ups - I still don't do them from full free hanging, but I think they are getting a tad better....maybe


push-ups - felt fine - okay not excellent but okay.....


Right knee and left hamsting are still a mess.....giving them some TLC and rowing on Sunday not running.
