got to the track around 6:20 PM
there was a lot of people there, kids, youth, soccer and track and so on....I found a piece of the 370 m track that I could use

right knee is a bit funky
left hamsting is bothering me now after the workout.
I am no Usain Bolt....but that is why he is #1 and I am me :-)
