23rd June - indoors

I am so glad I am not running outside today - it is pouring and I just finished my indoor activities...


100 kb swings at 20kg /44lbs

It was not too bad - but grip gave out towards the end and I had to break in 5's...

my plan was 
do 10 take 3 breaths up till 50 then 4 breaths.
managed up till 40 then I improvised ;-)

10 x kb press 2x6kg
10 x kb press 2x8kg
6 x kb press 2x10kg
