June 22nd - running intervals

What at way to start the day!


I would have been great if I could run fast !!!!!! 
My left hamstring is killing all kinds of fast running - I can't 'pull' with my left leg so running becomes difficult and quite painful.


I did it though - at 8:00 in the morning - no stellar times by any means....

I need my legs to work properly - this is annoying as hell.
