notes/thoughts on today's gym experience..
*frustrating
*pain in wrists
*tried to focus on form - chest up - ....
*rush-hour in the spot I was in
*need to practice more ohs ...
*build strenght in legs and wrists
*tried to remember to push the bar upward...
*I will be patient but honestly today it was hard to be just that-

then I broke it a little here and there...
took me 16:45-ish to do this ......I will do this in 10 mins some day.
