At CFN
The fearless Dane held court and to his assistance we had Team Reebok for a visit. It was awesome, almost every participant had a coach - didn't help my DL max effort much but anyway:-) Please look for when Team Reebok comes to your box.....you will have fun and learn a thing or two.
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1
90kg-100kg-105kg miss-85kg
thing is I feel my hamstring still so at 105kg I felt I was compensating and shifting weight around...so I put it back down.
Today was not a PB deadlift day.
Then-
For Time
10-8-6-4-2 reps DL @ bodyweight - I Did mine @ 70kg and last time I checked the scale I was 80kg.... so I scaled down (a little)
Run 200 m
9:30 - Unbroken DL and runs so I was glad, and nothing broke more than it already was so I think that is good day.
Then it was time for some interviews - I shot some footage of Jenny, Mads, Louise and from CrossFit Nordic box crowd. Thank you all for being so great and helpful. I hope it comes together well. If it does - you'll see it on Again Faster.
