April 23rd - Another Round at CrossFit Harlem

Saturday fun

Partner wod @ CrossFit Harlem
Holding handstand while The other person does:

Kb swings x 10  @ 16kg
Wall balls x 8 @ 14 lbs
Push ups x 6
Overhead squats x 4 w pvc pipe
then switch
3 rounds 

No  Time
first round I held the hand stand the other two I broke at least 3 times each.

Deadlift roll out to pushup @ 95 lbs
