April 17th - pre-flight WOD

My second home NYC !!!!


Going on a plane today so I had to hurry up and do a pre-flight WOD - thank you Coach U for the prescription!


Did some shoulder rehab and warm up......


then 3 rounds for time

Handstand x 2 for balance off wall.....not so long....but shoulders felt better than ever :-) yay
