20sec work 10 sec rest

Back squat with 20kg
9-10-10-10-10-10-10-10
Press with 20 kg - narrow grip
7-7-5-4-5-4-5-5...shoulder was giving a little hell until I made de grip even more narrow.
Deadlift 40kg - took it very easy hamstring is still tender as hell
6-7-7-7-8-7-7-8

Initial pull in the pull up- shoulder shrug thingie...
10-10-10-8....
