April 19th-CrossFit Harlem visit


After a day filled with seeing old collegues and friends I took the #3 train to 148St.
I was supposed to meet up with Syn and crew at 6 but I got there way early....never underestimate the express train haha.

at crossgfit harlem......


on top of the minute do 5 burpees.
then hang squat clean @ 65lbs
until you get to 65 reps....

It took me 11 horrible minutes. Skittles banged it out in less than 9:30...oh well ;-)

after me my son Max did the same thing but with front squats...
he was mush at 40 front squats and so I wouldn't have to clean up puke we called it.....Great effort.

Today is day 30 of the 30-day challenge so tomorrow I am gonna taste all the things I want. Then back on the Paleo train :-)
