March 27th.....2 min work and 1 min rest......

First -Did some Back squat. 


5 x 40 back squat 
3 x 50 back squat
3 x 55 back squat
3 x 55 back squat
3 x 55 back squat

Then Martina and I tried this little thing...
2 min Work 
1 min rest 
of these 4 exercises
Power Snatch 35kg/25kg -(I did 30 of them)
Pull-ups (with band I got 25)
DU's (I got 40 today- a really shitty DU day)
Burpees (no Jump up I did 35) you can also do Rowing but since Martina has a little hamstring mishap at the moment we changed to modified burpees.......


Pull up practice .........
Well - I got a ways to go.....but I did some negatives, and really getting the lats going....
Martina is pretty good at pull-ups so she gave me pointers. Thank you Martina!!!
