28th of March -8th day of Paleo and new things

I am on my 8th day of Paleo and I feel a little better.  But today I wanted cinnamon buns!!!!
I didn't.


Started the day a little different - took my dog out at 7 and ran for 16 minutes....about 2,5 km according to Nike+........


Better than nothing. :-)


Work, work, work...


At tonight I tried Pilates for the first time.  I am part of a test group that is trying Pilates and evaluate the tools.  Today we worked on the mat with foam roller and 1 lb balls.  Quite different from CrossFit :-)
After the class I felt it in my stomach, hamstrings, and I adjusted my upper back.....felt taller.
