2nd Feb


Coach U talked me into coming to the gym...
Rehab for shoulders - rowing with kettlebells 3 sets of 15 with 2 x 8kg
Sumo High Pull with KB in between the rowing sets just with the 12 kg

more shoulder movement 
Dynamic Superman but mine were slow15 x 3

Rotator cuff pulls  right and left x 3 sets.....


Arabesque  right side an left side x 3  - great for body tension and control.
I go for the bottom one on flat fot.....but there was a time about 25 years ago that I would do it on my pointy toes :-)

slow and easy .....
