was going to CFN before I helped my sister move but opted not to....
Good thing since I was carrying boxes and furniture and walked in stairs for about 4,5 hours....CrossFit Real Life.....felt totally fine.
Skipped the burpees and unfourtunately the 'Julbord' that I was invited to....It was just one of those days....time ran out.

Stupid to do the daily wod with a 8kg med ball - but it got done - in my Afro Brutality - CrossFit Harlem shorts.
Video is being uploaded to CrossFit Copenhagen and then we'll see if I qualify.
