16 burpees and an almost 10k walk in snow 'storm'

Yup!
Took the dogs out for a walk ....It was snowing alot and quite windy, snow felt like walking in sand, heavy.
Almost 10k .....9,67 accorning to my Nike application....and it took about 1hr and 45 mins.
then the Örebro Burpee dose of the day 16 burpees....

Training tomorrow morning at CFN and Saturday as well then the Challange video......haha it's going to be so much fun. And to top the weekend off - Angie for the first time in my life.....
