I was debating for a long time if I should train in the morning or in the afternoon....but I opted for morning since I am helping my pretend-mom move today and I don't know when we'll be done....
I did my greasing...went fine- a little stiff in my hip but fine...

400m run
15 OHS( over head squat) 30kg
5 rounds for time......
I have done Nancy before (in Feb with 12,5 kg and 4 rounds ......it took 16:20 minutes..)
I have not run since this problem with my foot - so it has been months since I ran.....
1st round -running on 10,5 speed 1,5 incline, OHS 5-5-5
2nd round running on 11 speed 1,5 inc , OHS 15
3rd round running on 11 speed 1,5 inc, OHS 10-5
4th round running on 10 speed 1,5 inc, OHS 10-1-2-2 dropped it 3 times!!!!
5th round running on 9,5 speed 1,5 inc OHS 15 (just held on and sat down and stood up)
Time: 24:21- Brutal
Shaking and then crying as I sat down on the treadmill when I was done....
Now there is definitely room for improvement here, but I just proved to myself I could do it....
Now off to moving furniture :-)

Hi Sarah! The feeling you describe that you get after finshing a wod you are a little scared of or don't know how to manage, makes you feel there is nothing you can't do!
