I had a rest day yesterday so I took a 9km walk...yes active rest. I also ate carrotcake that I made- lot's of it so it was a good thing I walked.
Today at SATS....
no greasing, resting elbows....still
then a Chipper that focused on legs and core....
30 leg ext
20 lunges with 10kg plate at chest
30 tornadoes - 15 each way ...with 10kg plate, make big circle ...
30 jack knife with pilates ball, ball moves from feet to hands and then back again that is 1 rep.
30 boxjumps
30 pull ball in with legs standing in plank postition
30 leg ext. ( at the other back ext place so jog 20 meters there do it then jog back to turn off clock.)
11:41.....wasn't really sure what to expect...
then for fun!
30 Finnen....hamstring destroyer ...
Oh yeah -
I measured myself this morning...and then again on Dec 23 and we'll see if anything has changed :-)
Next week is going to be interesting, I am prepping a short film so I don't know about my hours ......hope I get the trainig in.
