TGIF!!!!
I took a 9 k walk last night and my backside is pretty sore.
It is Friday again! My elbows are still hurting and I am taking it easy with the heavy loads.
So I did my greasing - modified- lighter on the push press and the cleans.....no pullups no pushups no dips.....really wanting this elbow crap to go away properly.
Then I was by myself at SATS....
not really in the mood to get timed today so I took Coach Tuckers advise - do it for form!
So my WOD today was a little different....
3 min accumulated time in handstand - break as neccesary. I did mine in about 25 sec stands....some was over 30secs- pointed toes and all :-)
