Thursday - Overhead lunges....and other things


New shoes.....Do Win, Chinese lifting shoes :-)  Great Price!

So I did my greasing this morning with some modifications....my elbows are a litttle tender, still.
So I took down the weight and skipped some things in the greasing.
Then time for Coach U
Overhead Lunges.....
12 every other foot @10kg
5 + 5 @15 kg
5 + 5 @20kg
5 + 5 @24kg
Back Thrusters.....
6x10kg
6x20kg
5x30kg
5x35kg
5x38kg
The take down in the scariest part....plopping that bar on your spine in a graceful way ..;-) but I am practicing.

WOD - AMRAP 10mins
20 Walking lunges with Barbell over Head 15kg 10 steps one way then down with bar and turn around power snatch it up and 10 lunges back
20 KB swings @20kg

I got 3 rounds 20 Lunges and 17 swings.....3 swings short of 4 rounds.....
Some heavy breathing there....
