My posterior chain has gotten some work today
Backsquat on box, and on lower box...
Backsquat in cage with bands from top and from bottom
Deadlifts with and without band..
Weak hip - need to do many excersises to gain more strenght there.
Very Inspiring!!!
I managed to cram in some shopping at Netto- before the cert....

| Hello Kitty Sweatbands....hahahahaha And My pullups work today too:-)... I did 3 at lunch...one at a time and I managed to do my greasing before the cert. |
