Day 2 of Powerlifting Cert is over and I am on the train home

Today we have gone over the benchpress and all of the different variations....Some Polymetric work jumping up on boxes....from sitting, with weights.........rope and sled work.....and programming. Loads of recovery and stability work etc.... After SM I really I going for the powerlifts.....I want to see how strong I can get with this method....as well as my CrossFit workouts.... I think they will improve my CrossFit results.

We'll see  -
Right now:
80kg back squat 
110 kg deadlift
62,5 kg benchpress....

let's see again in apx 3 months

I am pretty tired from this weekend and psyched about the competition next weekend :-)
So glad some of my Danish CrossFit friends are coming up to represent !!!
