So the weekend was great....like I said and today it was back to training...
Today I trained at SATS by myself after CFN programming Greasing as usual..felt good
I was going to show Coach U that I could do a pull-up so he came over to the station and then I did 2 !!!
And 1 with my hands over the bar :-)
Benchpress
5-5-5-5-5 @80%
50kg-50kg-50kg-50kg-50kg felt okay- I did all of them :-)
Then 5 rounds for time resting 30secs between rounds
10m bearcrawl
4 Burpees
12 Pushups
8 Toes To Bar.
1:43, 1:44, 2:00, 2:20, 2:40..
so total ...10:30ish....
Then I went to the premier of the movie I have been working on -Cornelis - It was great !
