So Tuesday.....yeah I was tired and felt like I was coming down with a cold....but I went to SATS and did the greasing - felt heavy all the way from the beginning.......sucks a little when it is like that.
Then I tried some pullups
1-2-1-1-1-1-1-1 overhand-1
Then a wod Coach S made up
15-12-6
KB (jump out do a pushup jump in do a deadlift) 2x24kg
back ext
yeah well I am so glad we didn't do 21-15-9.......
My time was 5:48 hard to rush this one.....and it works the backside from T1 to your achilles ;-)
Now they released the WOD's for SM
