Wednesday October 6th and probably the closest I've been to crying in the box.



It is no secret that I have been working on my pull-ups for a good year now.  I am extremely frustraded with it and I really want to nail it soon.  I keep going over it before I fall asleep and I think I get better at it.

Today I had a session with Coach Mad Dane. ....And I truly appreciate the patience from his end and every one else who is teaching me pull ups.

Kipping pull-ups - trying to do them about 3-4 at a time for apx 25 minutes....
I did 2 that I felt were more efficient and moved in the right direction.

Then Metcon
3 rounds of
Ring row with kip....start sitting on the floor. x 10
20 KB swings @ 20kg
15 jump over bench while holding on with your hands.....

rest 1 minute
3 more rounds........

Time:  15:14....first 3 rounds took 6:35 the second 3 rounds took 7:30.....I had no grip left and had to break the swings.....

That was the end of round one today!
I took a long walk with my dog who totally understood my mood and walked super nicely....no pulling bull shit, and then she got to run free at Långholmen- lucky dog!   She was trying to catch a Whippet....hahahha... but she didn't get frustrated, just out of breath.  I gotta learn from a dog :-)

Back to the box in a couple of hours .
Today we are maxing in Kipping pull ups :-)
and then a metcon.
