Tuesday Push Jerk

yep!
Push Jerk 90-100% was ordered today at CFN 
I took the 17:30 class and we were on!
40kg-45kg-50kg (PB) -52,5kg Fail - 52,5 kg Fail.
But a PB! I think my old pb was 47 but I am not sure - It wasn't 50 so that is good!

AMRAP 12 mins- 'Den här suger '  - 'This one sucks!'
6 HSPU - I did mine with feet on box....not knees, and I felt the difference
8 push ups - I did mine on my knees to keep good form.

20 m Gollum crawl.....got some critique that I walked to much standing up - I claim evolution !

Total:  7 rounds

Shoulders....yeah right. Felt completely forward rotated!
