The Box was bright and I stepped in to be greeted with the usuall cheers.
It was about 4pm and I was going for the class at 4:30.
As I walked in I read the board again....I read it this morning as well.....
'Kipping pull-ups 90-100% x 4'
then for time

pull-ups
get over box 45cm/60cm....
I walked to the changing room and started to tape my hands....come hell or high water I need to get this pull up crap out of my system.....
Class started. Some did their first kipping pull ups - Awesome!
I didn't get as frustrated as this morning but I got tired...tried to think like my dog....
Tried about 10 times.
Tape got smeared all over my hands...so I took it off - shitty tape.
Nope - today wasn't the day either - but I got closer.
The WOD
I did it with the green rubberband and I stepped onto and over the box ....

I am sure that I would have had a killer time had I known butterfly pull ups....baby steps Sarah, baby steps.....
