October 7th - Rest Day- Bikram Yoga

I took my rest day in stride.....I felt like my entire back had gotten broader over night....and a little bit like someone had been hopping on it......and my iPhone died ......

I decided that I would try some Bikram Yoga again.
Bikram Yoga Södermalm.....it was about 15 months ago since my last Bikram and I felt it today.   My breathing was at times out of control.  My strenght in some of the poses not so great and my balance was off.... but I made it through the class and I felt great.

I think it will be great compliment to CrossFit.


Time: 90 minutes :-).......in 42 degrees Celsius....humid air.
