Today I felt okay (at the beginning)....
apx 400 meters pose running with jump rope, foreward lean etc......
Snatch Balance......the tricky tricky Snatch Balance....
4 x 10kg
5 x 15kg
3 x 20k
2 x 25 kg
1 x 28kg PB!
1 x 30 kg......sort of half snatch balance and half OHS... so it doesn't count.
Then the WOD......
16 lunges with 20 kg bar ( I have never done this with a bar....)
10 push ups
4 somersaults
3 rounds 6:04
rest 1 minute
16 lunges with 15 kg bar
10 push ups
4 somersaults
3 rounds clock running: 12:36
rest 1 minute
16 lunges with 15 kg bar
10 push ups
4 somersaults
2 rounds
total time 17:24....
I don't know how I feel about that.....
The lunges were hard at 20kg...? Is that normal?
Holding the bar made my arms full of lactic acid at the top of the push ups-......
Sommer saults made me dizzy.
I tried to be fast, and tried to be strong.....but I felt so so .....
I was thinking of going to the box at 7:30PM but I dunno....maybe better to rest???
