Saturday......and a rest day I think...

So I can definitely feel the 128 lunges I did yesterday....48 reps with 20kg and the 80 reps with 15kg on my shoulders....! Damn I guess I did 80 push-ups and 32 somersaults, I never tallied it yesterday I just felt a little akward....


I was going to a course today but it got cancelled...so I could have gone down to CPH and trained with the Danes and Martin Rooney....Training for Warriors at Butcher's Lab.....SHIT!


Oh well. 


A days rest is probably pretty good for me.  I get too carried away and impatient, and I forget to rest. 
This weeks training has been okay....I have been close to tears but gotten through it.
Mon- CF w coach 
Tues CF class
Wed CF w coach and class
Thurs Rest day - 90 min Bikram so 1/2rest
Friday CF w coach
Sat  (today) walks with my dog and maybe som 'support' in rings at home and pull up training
Tomorrow I have a plan
a Bikram class  at 9, a CFN class at 1PM and training with CF Polisen at 5 PM - HAH!
