I was supposed to take the 11:30 class at CFN then the 16:30 but my schedule played tricks on me.....
I had to solve it my way...
Went to globo gym sats at did the greasing, today the tall push jerks @35kg- back is better.!!! yay!
It took about 35 mins.
Then I followed CrossFit Nordics programming
Technique - Power Cleans
3-3-3-3-3
40kg-40kg-42kg-43kg-45kg (which is pretty interesting since my PB is 45 kg...)
Then 5 rounds for time:
8 deadlift @70kg for women
48 DUs - I did 150 singles
15 sec super plank position
15:21
It took forever - but I did all my deadlifts unbroken :-)
Singles were broken all over the place.
Felt okay though
After that I stayed to do my homework, then off to the chiropractor he pretty much fixed my back :-)
