Thrursday - First day of 'greasing' and Presses !

I had a pretty crappy day until I got to the box.  Actually getting to the box was a struggle today - but I got there, and started my 'greasing' work...It took me about 40minutes today, I did some things wrong and I had to ask about some things....but it felt good- day 1 of greasing done.

The Class

Press 20-20-20-20
yep 20 reppers.......killer!
I did 20kg -20kg-20kg -15kg.....killer!
then
16 min AMRAP
8 push press dumb bells 2x 20kg/2 x 14 kg  - I did it with 2 x 12kg...the 14kg were all out...
8 Push ups
8 K2E...I did some good and some not so good

8 rounds + 8 pp and 2 push ups........
the arms felt like a joke afterwards.

Did my post work out grease ..
and I did half my home work- skipped the push ups today....maybe I will do it twice tomorrow?
I had to take a trip to the vet - my dog's been scratching her ears like crazy...so now we are back home ...she's got a ear infection, a small one...and we got some cream...so hopefully things will be good in a couple of days......

Tomorrow is a new day.....
