Friday a month from SM - greasing, coach U and CFN

Friday.! yay! A month from SM!!! :-))))))
Come and check out the competition.....we need your cheers !
I had a noon meeting with Coach U....before that I spent 40 mins 'greasing' day 2 and the snatches are already feeling better :-) but today I pulled on the cleans......:-/

With Coach U...
AMRAP 6mins
5 DU's
15 KB Swings 16Kg.
4 rounds and 5 DU's.....
today a got a couple of 2 in a row DU's..they are getting better but damn it's slow......
Swings are no problem on 16kg.....they are almost light.

Rest apx 5 mins....

then for time......
Back Squats x 30 at 50% of bodyweight........
I still weigh 80 kg's so I did mine at 40kg....

Coach U guessed 2:30.....I did it in 1:51 HAHAHAAHAHHAHA!
The the Russian hockey team does 30 at body weight in 60 seconds.......
So my goal is .....I dunno yet.
My legs were pretty fried......

I went home and rested a little...had a 17:30 class at CFN, with the Mad Dane.
I read on the home page that we were doing kipping pullups and some other crap...great no legs.....I thought.

I get there and.......What the Fu*k!!!!!
5-5-5-5  @80% OHS
then an obsticle course.....with loads of legs.....AMRAP 16mins!!!!!
anyway...
went for form......
20kg -25kg-25kg-25kg and nearly died....

obstacles were
jump over 5 boxes
stand in squat with 15 kg plate while your buddy bearcrawls....then changes...
15 meter lunges
jump over pull up bar and roll over.....
worm crawl
back to the jumpoing over the boxes......
well a lot of legs......for 16 minutes.
5 rounds and 2 exercises......

And after I made dinner...
I did my homework......:-)!!!!
Done! Check ! hah!
