So after my doubble whammy on Friday - that killed my legs-
I took Saturday off-Rested- took a long walk with my dog - no yoga - no nothing- lot's of rest.
Sunday I went to CFN and did my greasing..and my homework....I was supposed to go and play with CF Polisen but I was too tired.
Monday, today,....yay.
I went to SATS, globo gym, and did my greasing - today it took about 35 minutes, maybe 40.
At 11 I had a seesion with Coach U..

After that metcon my forearms were pounding! And I felt like I should have rested less in then beginning
Went to the Osteopath after and got some treatment - now I am super wiped...tired....
Onwards and upwards...
