Saturday - And On the 5th day she went heavy.

I guess I needed to test myself or something because today was an emotional day at the gym.

Back Squat.
5 x 20kg

5 x 40kg
3 x 50kg
3 x 60kg
3 x 70 kg
1 x 80kg
1 x 85kg with spot
1x 85kg with spot

pretty good. better than I thought.

Clean
5 x 30kg
3 x 40kg
2 x 45kg
2 x 50kg FAIL
2 x 50kg FAIL
2 x 45kg

I need to jump and not pull with arms, quick with elbows...

Deadlift
5 x 60kg
2 x 80 kg
2 x 90kg
1 x 110 kg FAIL and I started crying. This is my current PB weight so I got really pissed that I didn't nail it.

Bench press
8x 20kg
5 x 40kg
3 x 50kg
1 x 60kg
1 x65 kg FAIL...

Well I went heavy, and it was my 5th day working out...so...but I still got a little pissed!
