Friday - shoulders where are my shoulders ????

Yeah a cozy - Friday class at the box CFN, with the Mad Dane.....
yeah and a warm up from hell.....I thought my shoulders had left the building ....after the warm up.

Push Jerk.
2-2-2-2-2-2 80% !!!
My max split jerk is currently 52,5kg so... and my Push Jerk maybe 45kg...or at least last time I checked?
30kg-30kg-35kg-35kg-40kg-40kg

Todays wod was
6 rounds for time:
6/6 shoulder press with 20kg/12kg
8 push-ups..........I did mine on my knees.....cheat?
12 kb swings 20kg/12kg

7:26 I did my presses and swings with RX weight ----
presses got really heavy after about 2 rounds. :-)

My goal is to not be last, and if I am last, I have plenty of room for improvement :-)
