What I did this spring and today ...




Cornelis - that is what I worked on this spring.

Today - 1 session with Coach U at 11.

missed 2 times with 8 cm
4 with 11 cm help...


Thrusters - this must be the one excercise I really fight every step of the way..you can't relax anywhere ...It is brutal.

1 x 45 kg I think this is a PR ?
1 x 48kg - got it to the shoulders .....but not up.


then the WOD

5 rounds


first round in 50 seconds final time 5:40. And I feel like I been in a fight.
