I had a 10 AM session with Coach U.

Lunge with one 7kg dumbell over my head x 7 per leg

KB snatch on 20kg 2/2 no putting it down when I switched hands
Lunge with one 7kg dumbell over my head x 5 per leg


Total time including the 3 min rest 14:39


I was surprised at how many KB snatches at 20kg I could do!!
I am taking the rest of today off as far as training and tomorrow as well.
On Friday there is going to be a tripple wod day !
