Monday - Coach U and CFN ...a double

Yes. It is a CrossFit Tattoo.  And the stomach really hurts!

then the beauty of the morning -
Tabata Pull-ups in the Smith machine - practising the kip to get up fast
6 minutes(20sec work 10 rest) - 143 reps.
My grip was shot - forearms tired as crap.
Went home.  Worked a little, took a nap, ate, worked some more.
