The last 30 days I have made an effort to move more - and when I don't move to not beat myself up.
There has been some crosstraining, some crossfit with extremely low weights and strict movements, running without pain - in altitude and long hills, and lots and lots of walking.
The Garmin I bought has become my friend and I am collecting movement 'points'.

So I signed up for the Salomon City Trail...in April. 7km in the Urban Trail Zone ( Stairs, City hills, City parks, escalators.....)
And another race....in July. More about that later.
Yesterday it was 4km hills and 6km walk + 6 km walk
Today OTM Thursters for form 7OTM for 7 min with 10kg
then 20min AMRAP 3 strict pu, 7 Thursters (10kg) 10KB swings 12kg - super light weights for form and with band for pullups
18 rounds and coughing.....
