Yeah
Surgery to fix my FC ligament on my left foot needed it.
So now I am on crutches and a Roll-A-Bout for the next 3 weeks then in a boot for another couple of weeks.
Anyway first day home and it is tricky. You have to start somewhere.

Conked out on painmeds yesterday and today - but at soon as this is a little less painful I will devise a little program focus on core and upper body...
