28th April ---a little CrossFit

....
I have not done too much since I got back from Morocco. 
So today I went to CrossFit Södra Station.

On the menu was 

Establish 1 rep max Power clean. I tried once on each weight
25kg. 35kg 45kg. 50 fail....of well  my old one rep max was 52kg so I need to work on that.

then the Chief...
(I did mine at 40kg RX for the box today)
5 rounds of 

3 min AMRAP 
3 power clean
6 push ups
9 squats

rest 1 min...

so 
R1 I did 3 rounds +1 pc
R2 I did 3 rounds
R3 I did 2 rounds - struggling with the power cleans
R4 I did 3 rounds 
R5 I did 2 rounds and +1 pc

felt a bit gassed, struggling with the power cleans but I opted to go RX(40kg) so I made a choice.  trying to pat myself on the back and say good job for showing up and doing the work. period. all the other thoughts can sit the hell down, way in the back.....

my attitude towards getting back on track must be the same as the Mds - I knew I was not going to be the best - my goal was to complete the task - the best way I could. So today I went to the gym -it felt good to do some CrossFit.

goal is to get training at least once a day as default mode...;-)
