March 26

Yes I trained.
Mentally this has been the hardest spell of not training.
Rock bottom. 

I had no motivation to start again - although I basically cannot function without it.

Hard to not be able to do what you have once done easily.  Hard to get back the drive.

But as soon as I give myself a little pat on the back instead of bashing it goes better.

I was there and I did the workout today. 

Pull up technique

strict pull ups with band 
dips in rings with band 
max out 
3 rounds 

then 10 min amrap
10 mt climbers
10 shoulder to oh anyhow 30 kg/65 lbs
10 pull ups - (with a band and keeping grip overhand)


tired but happy afterwards.

went home to count the calories in my meals for the trip and pack.
I have to reshuffle a little.

moving onward
