...100 hang-cleans in sets of 10 low weight...
then 5 rounds of
5 hang clean higher weight
10 push ups
10 sit-ups
50 hang cleans in sets of 10 low weight.
working on technique tried to keep moving so my pulse was up
working on being in the gym every day until I leave - beating my legs up a bit so they will learn how to recover faster.....
at least that is my theory.
