March 10 ...Open workout 1

after not touching a barbell for about 6 months and walking since November......
I am not in stellar shape.

but I did 100 reps in 6:50 then I spent the rest of the time trying to snatch 75 lbs - laughable but yes.

anyway... done and got a great cardio cough.
