8 dec - intervals....

Still cant run but I can swim and bike.
What to do when you cannot run on a messed up ankle. 
I coached the kids soccer team's warm up then I had some time to myself

1 Hr swimming breast stroke and crawl upper body no kicking due to ankle. Playing w intervals. 

20 Rounds :20/:10 biking = 4,6km / 2,8 miles
